i had muscle cramps .
k, whenever i say," muscle cramps ", ppl will think i'm having p****d .
wat the ... thats not it .
i man, i had muscle crampS on my left arm .
i tell you, i was in excruciating pain lahh .
&& the pain was unbearable !!!!!!
in malay, its called "simpul biawak" .
i think so . but, simpul biawak only occurs on the legs .
but wtv it is, it really hurts A LOT !
i was like crying and moaning in pain
when my mom tried to hold it,
and even worse, massage it .
i screamed in pain .
and my head ws tilted to the right
to withstand the pain .
old ppl say "sleep at wrong pillow" .
o.O
heckers . i dont get what they are trying to say .
ouhk .
but i still go for the sports heats .
alhamdulliah, my team won 3rd for the first heat.
got into the finals .
